Before You Enquire

The initial consultation covers training history, current activity level, any mobility limitations, and your stated objectives. A movement screening is conducted, and initial programme parameters are discussed. The session runs approximately 75 minutes.

Wear standard training attire and bring appropriate footwear. A water bottle is recommended. All equipment is provided at the studio. If you have previous injury records or movement assessments, bringing copies is helpful but not required.

Street parking is available on Porzellangasse and surrounding streets in the 9th district. Parking is zone-controlled; short-term visitor parking tickets can be purchased from kiosks near the studio. The U4 and tram D connections are recommended for sessions during peak hours.

Enquiries submitted via the contact form receive a response within one business day. During peak booking periods (September–October and January), response times may extend to two business days. For time-sensitive enquiries, calling directly is the fastest option.

Outdoor sessions can be arranged in the warmer months (May–September) in Augarten park, a short walk from the studio. Outdoor sessions focus on conditioning and functional movement patterns rather than loaded strength work. Equipment is portable and carried by the coach. Please discuss preferences during the initial consultation.
